Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the evolution within our product suite.

In Short

Manage configurations, permissions, user management, sandbox environments, and more.
Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and product marketing.
Drive product discovery and develop a strong product strategy.
Engage in active listening to customers for strategic product decisions.
Identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes through data.
Inspire team members and stakeholders about product impact.
Manage complex programs requiring strategic thinking.
Translate technical functionalities for GTM teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management, especially in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience aligning product and technical roadmaps.
Good grasp of UX and the discovery process.
Understanding of user behavior and conversion metrics.
Strategic decision-maker with empathy and active listening skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams on complex projects.
Platform experience in HR Tech is an advantage.
