In Short

• Work 34 hours per week receiving full-time benefits.
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday.

• Salary range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonuses.
• Eligible for a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance up to $30,000.
• Provide a mix of preventive care, diagnostics, and wellness exams.

• Access to a Physician on demand.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience with patients of all ages.
• 2000 hours of work experience required at the time of the job offer.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
