Business Systems Associate Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Systems Associate Analyst (ABSA) is responsible for supporting all of the system and process needs of specific user groups within our company, such as Sales, Ecommerce, Procurement, Logistics, etc under the direction of a BSA.

In Short

• Learning on the job while supporting BSAs in the delivery of solutions that improve business functions.
• Providing product ownership for application development/enhancements/fixes.
• Developing business requirements and functional specifications.
• Assisting in the construction and delivery of IT roadmaps.
• Creating and maintaining partnerships between IT and business areas.
• Understanding the business processes of users.
• Learning applications to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Managing and resolving support issues.
• Ensuring root causes are identified and documented.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in business systems analysis.
• Background in supporting Professional Services business units.
• Experience with Tier-1 PSA tools—Tenrox preferred.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with database management and basic programming.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
