Associate Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on projects for our most strategic clients, helping to deliver value and help define our data analytics roadmap.

In Short

• Act as the subject matter expert for accessing and analyzing diverse, unstructured data.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to define business requirements.
• Design, test, validate and implement custom client data products.
• Develop self-service BI reporting for internal and external needs.
• Measure effectiveness of media advertising and demand generation products.
• Support strategic clients through data-driven decisions.
• Act as point of contact for strategic customer data questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, data science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in analytics or related field.
• Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience with Python, pandas, numpy, and BI reporting software.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience using managed cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Experience with clickstream/ecommerce analytic data.
• Fluent in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
