  • Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 Customer Support teams with technical solutions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues across various business units.
  • Develop custom scripts in Ruby to solve customer issues.
  • Write clean, modular, maintainable code.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation.
  • Identify and automate manual repetitive tasks.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and database systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience with Ruby on Rails, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with large scale Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and well-structured code.
  • Experience with systems architecture and database design.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional critical-thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
