Overview

The Account Manager fills a critical role within Retail Zipline, responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while working remotely.

In Short

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in retail, either in stores or headquarters.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening and writing abilities.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Highly organized.
