Overview

The Enterprise Risk Lead will design, implement, and operationalize Zip’s Enterprise Risk Framework in the US, ensuring alignment with global risk management strategies.

• Lead the design and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Framework.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.

• Refine and update the US Risk Appetite Statement.

Requirements

• 8+ years as an Enterprise Risk Manager.
• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Positive mindset with a bias to action.
• Inquiring mind and willingness to challenge assumptions.
• Can-do attitude and ownership of tasks.
