Overview

We are seeking a sharp, systems-oriented Senior Partner, Creative Operations to drive how creative work gets done at Zip. This is a critical role on the marketing team—focused on improving how cross-functional stakeholders engage with our designers and content producers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and shaping how we use tools (including AI) to scale creative impact.
