The Technical Program Owner, Delivery will lead the planning and execution of high-impact initiatives across Zip’s technology organization, focusing on internal technology programs that enable engineering and operations teams to scale reliably and securely.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivering complex technical programs.
• Strong track record working across engineering, architecture, and DevOps.
• Experience leading multi-team initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure).
• Structured, outcome-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• (Bonus) Experience in fintech or regulated environments.
