Requirements

• 5+ years in executive support roles.
• Startup mentality with adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Expertise in managing executives’ schedules.
• Strong attention to detail in managing logistics.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• High integrity and discretion in handling information.
• Proactive in identifying needs and gaps.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience with productivity tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance standards is a bonus.
