Overview

As the Head of Enterprise Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our enterprise-grade AI solutions. You’ll build and lead a team of world-class engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and business leaders, and ensure that our technology stack is robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of enterprise security, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), and data governance.
• Experience leading large-scale, distributed systems and integrating AI-powered applications into enterprise environments.
• Strong technical leadership with a passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
