The Quality Improvement HEDIS Coordinator at Zing Health is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement interventions and audits, acting as a resource on HEDIS measures and assisting in compliance with State and Federal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field.
• 1 year of experience in HEDIS medical record review.
• Experience with HEDIS or CMS Quality measures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of data analysis and quality improvement processes.
• Ability to analyze information and create work plans.
• Ability to implement process improvements.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
