Quality Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the AEM Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and AEM policies. This role involves providing quality support to projects from planning through completion.

• Develop and maintain quality systems and best practices.
• Identify and manage organizational risks.
• Facilitate communication for business, operational, and engineering changes.
• Monitor and track change packages to ensure timely completion.
• Support internal quality audits and maintain records.
• Act as a liaison for customer quality issues.
• Develop customer quality improvement plans.
• Train employees on AEM QMS.
• Create custom reports for leadership decision-making.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with quality systems in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality improvement principles.
• Experience with change control processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping and gap analysis.
• Strong computer skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP software (NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid passport for international travel.
