Quality Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for implementing quality improvements in operational processes to achieve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

• Implement quality improvements in operational processes.
• Verify compliance with process controls and quality assurance.
• Identify and address quality risks and deviations.
• Evaluate and manage customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Execute and manage compliance with quality management programs.
• Update and evaluate quality indicators and report results.
• Prepare documentation for certification and accreditation processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Coordinate and evaluate statistical tests on service data.
• Maintain updated documentation systems in the assigned area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or similar.
• 5 years in Quality or similar areas, or 3 years as Quality Coordinator in mineral sample testing services.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 17025 / 37001 standards.
