In Short

  • Become the technical expert responsible for supporting customers using Zimperium's solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take ownership of customer issues.
  • Learn everything about the product and validate customer-specific fixes.
  • Gather customer feedback and escalate unresolved product issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across different time zones.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python/Java scripting required.
  • Prior experience with mobile apps and MDM solutions is essential.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools and cloud architecture is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach are necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5+ years (senior) or 1-3 years (junior) experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience in supporting cloud-based web applications.
  • Hands-on skills with Python, Java, and SQL scripting.
  • Self-motivated with extensive troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in mobile app delivery and deployment concepts on iOS and Android is a plus.
