Overview

We’re looking for a Country Manager for Turkey who will driving business growth, ensuring the branch generates significant revenue, and expanding the client base. This role encompasses strategic sales initiatives, partnership development, and oversight of operational and administrative functions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. As the face of the Turkey branch, the Country Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the company’s objectives.

In Short

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Money Managers.
  • Leverage industry events and personal networks for sourcing clients.
  • Cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Establish and achieve branch-specific sales targets.
  • Guide the team on trading needs and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Lead two sales teams targeting the Turkish market.
  • Monitor and manage branch compliance with policies and standards.
  • Ensure timely updates on client funding and trading volumes.
  • Oversee branch operations for efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
