Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Country Financial Manager to spearhead all financial activities within the specified location. This pivotal role requires a qualified accountant with experience in managing accounting, tax and financial aspects, essential for scaling our business effectively in the country.

• Oversee and develop all financial activities in the country.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, tax benefits, and contributions reports.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor day-to-day transactions and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities.
• Oversee payroll calculations and address payroll reporting issues.
• Manage audits in the country.
• Experience in managing accounting & non-accounting projects.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant: ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies.
• Proficiency in managing Payroll ERP systems.
• Significant experience working in a global environment.
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to collaborate within a team.
