Overview

The Seasonal Customer Service Specialist will deliver excellent customer service to all inquiries regarding Y.O.U. programs, assisting program participants, families, and community members.

In Short

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Maintain excellent customer service delivery.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions.
  • Document correspondence accurately using data management systems.
  • Assist with HRIS system issues.
  • Participate in staff meetings and submit reports timely.
  • Work remotely with reliable internet.
  • Handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Attend mandatory meetings in person as needed.
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Background check required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
