Overview

The Employer Partnerships Specialist (EPS) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining partnerships with employers to provide meaningful work experience opportunities for young adults participating in Y.O.U. programs.

• Develop and maintain employer partnerships.
• Facilitate employer registration and worksite validation.
• Match participants with job opportunities.
• Conduct worksite visits to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service to employers.
• Support seasonal Employer Partnerships Coordinators.
• Assist with career fairs and resume workshops.
• Handle escalated issues with professionalism.
• Engage with young adults to align interests with job opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 year of data entry and database coordination experience.
• Valid transportation required.
• Must pass a background check.
