  • You will engage with top decision-makers in your region and work closely with our key account management to achieve customer-specific goals.

Requirements

  • You bring several years of relevant professional experience, ideally having worked in field sales in the food retail sector.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience leading field sales teams in food retail and enjoy continuously developing your employees.
  • Your strengths include communication skills and the ability to engage with top decision-makers while taking your team on the journey.
  • Your affinity for numbers allows you to keep internal and external KPIs in focus while staying close to market developments.
  • You are motivated by challenges and approach problem-solving with creativity.
  • You have the drive to make an impact and are eager to contribute to yfood's success in the coming years.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
