Finance Process & Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Process Manager is responsible for the design, management, and optimization of all financial processes within the company. They act as a liaison between departments, IT, and Controlling to ensure an efficient, compliant, and digitized overall process landscape with a focus on finance.

In Short

• Continuously analyze and optimize central financial processes - from Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Take responsibility in process improvement projects or accompany them as a sparring partner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., according to HGB, IFRS) reliably.
• Actively contribute to efficiency gains in the finance area by introducing digital tools and developing modern automation solutions.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Business Informatics.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, process recording and modeling, and automation.
• Ideally, first experience in project management and with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Analytical thinking, clear communication, and persuasive advocacy for your topics.
• Structure, solution orientation, and team spirit characterize your working style.
• Fluent in German and English (C1) in spoken and written form.
