Overview

As a Finance Process & Project Manager at Welltech, you will lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across our global finance function, focusing on optimizing finance business processes and supporting SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation or project management.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and key business cycles.
• Hands-on experience with internal controls and compliance processes.
• Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance process tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
