Project Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill the Project Finance Manager position, and to be involved in clinical project budgeting, negotiating and analyzing budgets as well as providing support with bids and contract management activities within the company.

In Short

• Development of study budget for bids and ongoing projects
• Management of study budget throughout the clinical project duration
• Development of Sponsor Contract and payment schedules
• Timesheet System Management and reconciliation of actual vs budget costs

Requirements

• College or University degree, preferably in Finance/Economics
• At least 3 years' experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting
• CEFR C1 level in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced use of MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors
• Ability to produce accurate and timely information/reports
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multi-task activities
• Ability to train others
