Overview

As a Project Manager at Extropy Advisors, you will lead Procure-to-Pay SaaS Implementations and provide consulting services to customers during their automation journey, ensuring a successful onboarding experience.

In Short

• Own and deliver customer onboarding using Scrum-Fall methodology.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for project success.
• Establish relationships with customers and guide strategic decision-making.
• Define project scope, plan, and timelines for launch.
• Drive adoption of best practices and successful implementation.
• Forecast risks and problem-solve collaboratively.
• Meet quarterly targets set by the business.
• Lead implementation handover to Customer Success and Support.
• Manage ongoing system optimization engagements.
• Utilize Extropy’s methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success with SaaS products.
• Industry experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Procurement, or Finance.
• Experience in tactical execution and strategic consulting.
• Ability to lead discovery calls and understand customer needs.
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Asana preferred; project management software required.
