We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our global business development team as the Business Development/Developer Relations Lead for Poland. This is a unique opportunity for someone who lives and breathes video games, understands the needs of game developers, and is deeply connected with the Polish gaming community.

In Short

  • Act as a brand ambassador in Poland for Xsolla’s monetization and payment solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local developers and publishers.
  • Engage directly with the gaming community.
  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives at local and global levels.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and forums.
  • Provide strategic guidance to developers and publishers.
  • Deliver presentations at industry events and conferences.
  • Relay market intelligence and developer feedback to internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Poland and occasionally abroad.

Requirements

  • Native Polish speaker; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of the Polish video game industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team.
