Overview

The Chief of Staff will partner with the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to lead strategic choices and operational management within the global marketing team at Xsolla.

Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing and operations in gaming/fintech.
• Track record of operational excellence.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work across diverse cultures.
• Strong strategic business knowledge.
• Financial and operational modeling skills.
• Experience leading complex projects.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
