The Bikeleasing Group is a growing company in the scale-up phase, expanding in the European market. As the Chief of Staff - Marketing, you will support the marketing team both strategically and operationally to achieve the group's growth objectives.

• Provide strategic support to marketing leadership in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Facilitate efficient collaboration and communication across teams and with partners.
• Develop and execute scalable sales and marketing campaigns for B2B and enterprise clients.
• Analyze revenue, sales, and marketing performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize lead management processes in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements as a project and change manager.
• Identify market trends and opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision templates for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Development, or Growth Marketing.
• Deep understanding of revenue operations, sales, and marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with C-level executives.
• Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
