Chief of Staff - Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Bikeleasing group is a growing company in the scale-up phase, expanding in the European market. As the Chief of Staff - Marketing, you will support the marketing team both strategically and operationally to achieve the group’s growth objectives.

In Short

• Strategic support for marketing and sales leaders in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Facilitate efficient collaboration and communication between teams and with internal and external partners.
• Develop and implement scalable sales and marketing campaigns for B2B and enterprise customers.
• Analyze revenue, sales, and marketing performance data to identify growth levers.
• Optimize lead management processes in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements as a project & change manager.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for further positioning through market and competitive analysis.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision templates for management based on your findings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Business Development, Strategy, Sales Operations, Growth Marketing) in B2B SaaS, fintech, leasing, or tech startups.
• Deep understanding of revenue operations, sales and marketing funnels, and SaaS KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with C-level executives.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
