Xsolla is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Manager to oversee all aspects of business travel arrangements and visa support for employees and guests. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective travel processes across the organization.

In Short

• Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international business travel.
• Provide full visa support ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manage travel-related documentation and maintain records.
• Monitor travel budgets and oversee expense tracking.
• Register and process payments for business events.
• Develop and distribute travel instructions and guidelines.
• Resolve travel-related issues during business trips.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and visa service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Prior experience in corporate travel coordination or MICE industry.
• Experience managing business travel logistics.
• Knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations.
• Familiarity with travel management platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze travel regulations and communicate with consular offices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
