Join Xplor's Corporate Finance team as an AR Specialist to assist clients with invoicing and payment inquiries, contributing to enriching customer experiences.

In Short

• Assist clients with invoicing and payment inquiries.
• Perform sales ledger and credit control tasks.
• Conduct month-end reporting for AR.
• Handle mailbox and escalated queries.
• Process payments and maintain contracts.
• Conduct audit checks and day-to-day finance processing.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Review and reconcile integrations from platforms.
• Create and review SOPs as needed.
• Report projects required to the Order to Cash Manager.

Requirements

• Finance or Accounting qualifications.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably Accounts Receivable.
• Proven credit control experience.
• Experience with sales ledger and bookkeeping.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Stripe and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to create and implement SOPs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven problem solver.
• Customer-centric approach with flexibility.
