In Short

• Own and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account records.
• Review customer contracts and special billing terms.
• Drive proactive collection efforts for overdue accounts.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze regular AR reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve outstanding issues.
• Play an essential role in month-end close activities.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience.
• Background in the software or technology industry.
• Skilled in managing recurring billing schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to balance timely collections with professionalism.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
