Overview

Procurify is seeking a tech-savvy, empathetic, and curious Technical Customer Support Advocate to enhance customer experience and support.

In Short

  • Support inbound technical questions through chat, email, and video calls.
  • Follow through with customers from problem to solution.
  • Advocate for customers and relay product feedback to teams.
  • Document bugs for the development team.
  • Become an expert on Procurify’s features and integrations.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and self-serve resources.
  • Handle escalations and advanced technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve user experience.
  • Engage in project work outside of support tickets.
  • Write and edit Knowledge Base articles.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Confidence troubleshooting web and mobile applications.
  • Integration experience with NetSuite, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft is a plus.
  • Knowledge of card management, KYC processes, and global financial platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new things.
  • Passion for advocating customer needs.
  • High emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts.
