Synthflow AI is a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. We help mid-market and enterprise companies manage routine calls to save teams time and resources.

In Short

  • Handle 20-30+ new tickets per day, covering everything from billing issues to helping customers implement API requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and email, providing thoughtful and timely resolutions.
  • Handle tasks like processing refunds and supporting other operational needs as required.
  • Stay on top of product updates and features to assist customers effectively.
  • Create bug reports and feature requests on behalf of customers, and advocate for their prioritization.
  • Test new features and functions before they are released to customers.

Requirements

  • Commitment to continuous learning and skill development, particularly in technical domains.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, with ability to adapt tone and technical depth to audience.
  • Self-directed work style with strong independent decision-making capabilities.
  • Passion for customer support with drive to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus, particularly Spanish, French, or Mandarin, to support our global user base.
