Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and handling queries from customers and internal business stakeholders.

In Short

• Process Revenue invoices on Monthly/Daily basis.
• Coding/referencing Debtor invoices.
• Generation of GMP Multiple kinds of sales invoices.
• Working with clients to obtain relay.
• Ad Hoc Analysis work for the finance function.
• Continuous improvement of this role within the finance department.
• Completion/Updation of charging sheet.
• Manage and support the funding/billing process.
• Month-End Closing via multiple Finance ad hoc reports.
• Timely response of queries for internal/external clients.

Requirements

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Highly numerate and literate with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and structured.
• Professional accountancy qualification is a benefit but not essential.
• Ability to report, interpret results, and present forensic analysis.
• Self-directed individual with initiative.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
