A Solutions Architect at XP is responsible for evaluating and defining architectural solutions for the company's projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and extensibility.

In Short

Responsible for creating technical artifacts for projects.
Develop architectural standards.
Support and guide existing squads throughout the development cycle.
Ensure technical quality of projects.
Validate deliveries to align with defined solutions and standards.

Requirements

Proficiency in modern programming languages (C#, Java, Node, Kotlin, Go, Python, Swift, ...).
Experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, ...).
Proficiency in software architecture topics (programming paradigms, design patterns, architectural styles, Clean Architecture, ...).
Knowledge of backend software topics (APIs, REST, messaging, background processing services, parallel processing, system integration, ...).
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ...).
Experience with Azure or AWS or GCP.
Experience with CI and CD.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Must reside in São Paulo and surrounding areas.
