SAP Customer Activity Repository Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Retail Analyst works with Retail business partners within a global SAP program to align SAP CAR and Retail solutions with business needs, primarily supporting business processes associated with the integration between core merchandising solutions and store POS systems.

• Work within a global SAP program.
• Support integration of SAP CAR with merchandising solutions.
• Analyze and resolve ongoing business process issues.
• Interface with business leadership to clarify needs and priorities.
• Work with updated SAP cloud technology.
• Design and implement SAP CAR for POS data capture.
• Handle LATAM users with Spanish fluency.
• Collaborate with teams to mediate and resolve problems.
• Understand technical components for business processes.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of SAP CAR experience.
• Experience in POS data management and sales audit.
• Understanding of SAP ERP processing of POS data.
• Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team player with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to capture detailed requirements from senior partners.
• Good knowledge of S4/Hana FIORI Tiles and apps.
