Overview

The Customer Service Analyst will join an international support team, providing top-notch customer support to users primarily in North America and Latin America.

In Short

  • Provide customer support via tickets and live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Assist users in navigating the platform and resolving technical questions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Propose workarounds for platform bugs.
  • Assist with user onboarding and verification processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Good use of IT tools, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce environment is a plus.
