Overview

The Senior Manager of Pricing, Packaging, and Commercialisation will lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, packaging frameworks, and commercialisation efforts for Xero, with a focus on driving revenue and product success.

• Develop overarching commercialisation framework and pricing strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years in pricing execution and commercial management.
• Experience in payments pricing roles.
• Understanding of pricing strategies and methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate packaging and pricing scenarios.
• Technology background, preferably SaaS.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent execution and negotiation skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
