Overview

The Pricing, Packaging, and Commercial role will assist in strengthening Xero's commercial, packaging, and pricing capability, focusing on the UK market while also contributing to global discounting frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in pricing execution and commercial management.
• Understanding of packaging and pricing strategies.
• Experience in stakeholder collaboration.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong execution and negotiation skills.
• Ability to switch between execution and strategy.
• Experience in SaaS is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex problems.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering packaging and pricing recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
