As a Partner Community Manager at Xero, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the connection between Xero and its accountant and bookkeeping partners, fostering a vibrant and engaged community that reflects their interests, challenges, and ideas.

• Manage the Xero Partner Facebook Community group to drive meaningful interactions.
• Oversee XPAC, the advisory panel of accountants and bookkeepers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate key developments.
• Focus on reporting the impact and ROI of community activities.
• Support the Australian business in partner community programs.
• Champion best-in-class partner community programs within the business.
• Ensure a thriving online community space for open discussions.
• Drive engagement metrics and community health reporting.
• Facilitate events and recruit for XPAC biennially.
• Advocate for partners' needs and concerns internally.
