The Bilingual Drug Safety Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance protocols and regulations, working with internal and external clients to gather and document clinical information.

In Short

• Receive, scan, and document clinical information in compliance with protocols.
• Work with clients to request additional information as necessary.
• Review source documents for adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Data entry of adverse events and complaints into specific databases.
• Perform quality control of adverse event reports.
• Assist in data verification tasks.
• Prepare reconciliation reports on a regular basis.
• Engage in transcription, translation, and writing tasks.
• Participate in non-compliance processes.
• May require working on demand or being available as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum college level education required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Medical Information, Clinical Research, or Drug Safety.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Able to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM.
