Senior Subcontract Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Subcontract Administrator at Parsons will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle of subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and fostering relationships with subcontractors.

• Manage cradle-to-grave procurement of subcontract agreements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors.

• Utilize MS Office and Cost Point for documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with subcontractors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Thorough knowledge of government subcontract management principles.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with various subcontract types (FFP, T&M, CPAF, IDIQ).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficient in negotiation and managing subcontract performance.
• Knowledge of CPSR compliance process.
• Prior experience with Cost Point or SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
