Overview

The Rotation Director will oversee service delivery and rotational training operations for the ARNG Combat Readiness Exercise (CRX) Program, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective management of training operations.

In Short

• Direct and manage service delivery for the ARNG CRX Program.
• Support the Program Manager in achieving contract and funding requirements.
• Oversee planning, directing, and supervising training operations.
• Coordinate planning and production of contract support for training.
• Develop and publish training directives and schedules.
• Act as the primary liaison between ARNG and training units.
• Conduct mid and post-exercise evaluations and provide recommendations.
• Integrate training plans and resources nationwide.
• Must possess relevant military experience and a Secret Clearance.
• Promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in US Army Training Management.
• Proven management capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Government practices and regulations.
• Experience with ARNG or FORSCOM Brigade Combat Teams.
• Current Secret Clearance or above.
• Intermediate Level Education (ILE) preferred.
• Experience in logistics and personnel management.
