World Relief seeks a dynamic HR professional to work closely with employees and leaders throughout the employee experience, ensuring excellence in HR support and promoting multicultural responsiveness.

In Short

• Provide guidance to US staff focusing on talent recruiting and management.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees in the assigned region.
• Support multicultural responsiveness to create a thriving workplace culture.
• Develop HR strategies to meet current and future employment needs.
• Screen, interview, and recommend applicants for various positions.
• Create and implement onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to improve work relationships.
• Advise leaders on performance development strategies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.

Requirements

• Mature and personal Christian faith.

• Ability to adapt to organizational and employee needs.
• Ability to create effective relationships at all levels.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
