HR Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team, whose main task will be to efficiently fill our IT positions and perform HR partner duties.

In Short

• End-to-end recruitment
• Profiling and sourcing tasks using databases, LinkedIn, GitHub
• Managing job postings and liaising with recruiters
• Conducting interviews and preparing candidate profiles
• Using recruitment support systems: ATS, testing interfaces, etc.
• Managing onboarding and orientation tasks
• Participating in training and development initiatives
• Managing performance evaluations
• Organizing employee events
• Supporting the training plan based on business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in HR
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter
• Thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English for assessing candidates and business communication
