The Benefits and Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in administering human resource processes related to employee benefits and HR operations, ensuring effective communication between employees and insurance providers.

• Assist with health and welfare plans administration.
• Process documents through payroll and insurance providers.

• Process OSHA and Worker’s Compensation claims.
• Conduct audits and review HRIS information.

Requirements

• Mature Christian faith.
• Commitment to World Relief's mission and values.
• Desire to empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities.
• Acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs and Statement of Faith.
• 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
