Overview

We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in fueling pipeline growth by connecting with enterprise-level prospects across industries like Pest Control and Lawn and Landscape.

In Short

  • Execute high-volume, targeted outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Refine messaging and outreach sequences to engage complex buying committees.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage workflows and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align with enterprise sales goals.
  • Document best practices for outreach and lead nurturing.
  • Track KPIs and analyze results to optimize tactics.
  • Experiment with innovative outbound strategies to increase engagement.

Requirements

  • Success in enterprise-level outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to write and deliver tailored messaging across multiple channels.
  • Analytical approach with experience in A/B testing.
  • Prior leadership experience in a BDR/SDR team is a plus.
