Overview

Workshop Ventures is seeking an entrepreneurial leader passionate about transforming education to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence. In this role, you will work closely with Workshop's team to develop and launch a new education technology venture aimed at dramatically improving student outcomes.

In Short

• Lead all aspects of the venture creation process.
• Deeply research the problem space and target market.
• Rapidly prototype and test potential solutions.
• Develop the business model, go-to-market strategy, and product roadmap.
• Recruit co-founders and early team members.
• Launch an initial product and drive early traction.

Requirements

• Serial entrepreneur with experience in education technology.
• Deep expertise in K-12, post-secondary education, or workforce.
• Ability to translate sector knowledge into product innovations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience building teams.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve educational access.
• Hustle, creativity, and a bias toward action.
