Overview

As Director of Legal Affairs, you will lead Workleap’s legal department and play a critical role in enabling the company’s continued growth.

• Lead and mentor the in-house legal team.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and active membership in the Barreau du Québec.
• 10+ years of progressive legal experience.
• Strong ability to provide pragmatic, business-first advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Knowledge of privacy laws such as GDPR.
• Experience supporting executive teams.
