Overview

As an Account Manager at ShareGate, you will be responsible for renewing and expanding customer contracts by building strong relationships and delivering the right solutions to support their goals.

In Short

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers outside of the renewal window.
  • Nurture post-onboarding relationships to increase satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team for product demos.
  • Identify at-risk customers early and work to retain them.
  • Manage a pipeline of customer accounts throughout the renewal cycle.
  • Optimize internal processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes.
  • Stay aligned with evolving AM strategies and ShareGate’s value messaging.
  • Participate in continuous learning to stay updated.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a high-performance environment.
  • Proven ability to uncover customer pain points.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Genuine interest in supporting IT professionals.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts or Microsoft ecosystem is an asset.
  • Experience in tech sales (preferably SaaS) is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an asset.
